Saturday’s announcement didn’t bring the news we were all hoping for, but we can’t change it, we need to work with it and think about our options.
No matter what situation you find yourself in, take a breath, close your eyes and think about how you can make it work for you.

I’ve moved all Studio Unlimited classes a month ahead to December and I’ll be offering 121 Pilates online via Zoom.
Our Zoom Room continues as normal and I’ll be doing the majority of classes from my living room with Freddie. You’ll see the odd class coming live from the studio as although I can’t hold classes or 121 sessions for four weeks, I am able to continue filming workouts for FUSION as I’m up there by myself.
The Carl Todd clinic is able to remain open for osteopathy appointments which is good news.
During the next four weeks I’ll be focusing on work behind the scenes at Sam H Pilates which include filming for FUSION, working on blogs and new routines as well as running Zoom classes and our new Winter Meditation class which started last night.
What opportunities are there for you? What are you planning to do?
It isn’t going to be easy on many levels, but we all have a choice. We can either let it consume us or see it as an opportunity to look at things in a different way and make it work for us.
