All Pilates classes are mixed ability and suitable for all levels as lots of options are given.

The four types of classes on offer are…….

  • Pure Core – a mat based workout focusing on strengthening the core, back and glutes with added flexibility to lengthen the muscles
  • Mobility & Flexibility – a mat based workout combination of breathing technique with fluid movement and flexibility to mobilise and loosen the body starting with a guided meditation to set the scene
  • Strength – an all over body strengthening workout using body weight, resistance bands and hand weights to challenge the body which enhances the other Pilates classes
  • Pilates Combo – the workout that combines all three elements – Pure Core, Mobility & Flexibility and Strength – for the complete all over mind and body workout

All classes finish with a relaxation to balance mind and body and allow you to completely switch off.

This is for those of you who like to get out and do something fun to help with your physical and mental health and be amongst like-minded people.

We all get to know each other, and we even have a WhatsApp group. It is a way to  make new friends and get treated to a little bit of Sam’s zany sense of humour in the mix.

There are four classes available each week.

  • Tuesday 10am
  • Wednesday 7pm
  • Thursday 6pm
  • Friday 10.45am

£40 per month for unlimited monthly classes subject to availability.

Live on-line classes directly in your home, or wherever you happen to be. Sessions are available morning, noon, and in the evenings.
