Life is very simple.
What we give out, we get back.

What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us.  I believe that everyone, myself included, is responsible for everything in our lives, the best and the worst.

Every thought we think is creating our future.  Each one of us creates our experiences by our thoughts and feelings.  The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experiences.

We create the situations and then we give our power away by blaming the other person for our frustration.  No person, no place and no thing has any power over us, 'we' are the thinkers of our mind.  When we create peace and harmony and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives.

Which one of these sounds like you? ''People are out to get me.'' ''Everyone is always helpful.'' Each one of these beliefs will create different experiences.  What we believe about oursleves and about our life becomes true for us.

The Universe totally supports us in every thought we choose to think and believe.

Put another way, our subconscious mind accepts whatever we choose to believe.  They both mean that what I believe about myself and life becomes true for me.  What you choose to think about yourself and about your life becomes true for you, and we have unlimited choices about what we can think.

The Universal Power never judges or criticises us

It only accepts us at our own value.  Then it reflects our beliefs in our lives. If we believe that life is lonely and nobody loves us, then that is what we will find in our world.

However, if we are willing to release that belief and affirm to ourselves that love is everywhere and that we are loving and loveable and hold onto this and repeat it often, it will become true for us.

We have all heard the saying 'Did you get out of the wrong side of bed this morning?' when someone is a little grumpy ot 'It's going to be one of those days' if you spill coffee on your shirt or miss the bus before you even start work in the morning.
It is true that the first hour of your days really dictates how you are going to feel for the rest of the day.  My mentor refers to this as the Golden Hour.

She says you should do everything in your power to make the first hour of the day the most fun so it puts you in a good mood for the rest of the day.
You get to decide how your day will be, so make it a great one by putting these few simple things in place rather than leaving it to chance.  You will then see your mood and productivity go through the roof in a very short space of time.

What you need to do:
Decide what you will do first thing in the morning to make you smile and set everything up in advance so you can easily have your Golden Hour every morning.

Make a special Golden Hour playlist for your iPod, set your radio to go off with your favourite song, set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier so you can do some exhilarating exercise in your living room before shower.

Remember, you can choose anything as long as it lifts your mood and is totally within your control e.g. walking in the sunshine for 15 minutes is beyond your control as you can't always rely on the weather!

In less than a week of experiencing your Golden Hour first thing in the morning you will start to find that everything is coming to you with ease, days seem lighter in mood and people around you will start to say, 'Hey, how come you're so happy?  I want some of whatever you've got!' Make a list of ideas for how to make your Golden Hour an uplifting and exhilarating 60 minutes.

To give you a hand, I would suggest looking at:

Music, physical activity, things that make you smile like family photo's, spending time with your pet or talking to a loved one.

Now decide which idea you are going to commit to and put everything in place TODAY to make the first hour of your day tomorrow a Golden one.
