Winter is coming and 2020 is almost at a close.
Can you even remember the goals you set back in January? Don’t worry if you can’t, it’s been the weirdest of years and many of our goals have gone out of the window.
With Government announcements of even tighter restrictions coming in we are all facing an uncertain future. However, if there’s one thing I’ve learnt, it’s that we may not be able to control the outside world, but we can definitely control our inner world.
I’m seeing a rise in 121 clients, people who enjoy working from the safety of their own home; people who don’t want to work in a group; and people still keen to work on their health and fitness for their personal goals and now more importantly than ever to make sure they’re fit and healthy during this pandemic.
Sessions can be held in your home as I say, via Zoom, or if you prefer in our private studio. This is a Covid-safe environment with clinical procedures followed and a track and trace system in place.
121 coaching is personal to you. Maybe you have back issues, perhaps you need rehabilitation following illness or injury or maybe you need the weekly exercise program to help with your mental health.
