FUSION is brilliant! It helps me focus on Pilates between classes, just for 20 minutes two or three times a week
I love FUSION, I can do it wherever and whenever I want and that flexibility is great. Since joining I have become much stronger and fitter than I've been in years and it's really helped improve my posture. Thank you Sam! X
Fab Fusion! Excellent variety of workouts and I really feel like Sam, who is an excellent instructor, is in my lounge working alongside me. Fusion helped me immensely during the winter lockdown as I had lost my focus and was feeling tense and anxious. I like the flexibility of being able to work out at a time that suits me. Love it!
