Happy Easter – 10 April 2020

I’m really pleased that our live Zoom classes are going from strength to strength. It’s great to be able to see you all, albiet from a distance!

Every year we have a Pilates Easter Parade and don our Easter bonnets or bunny ears and this year is going to be no different.

Well maybe slightly – it’ll just be in our living rooms instead of the studio.

I’m looking forward to seeing your creations a little later today.

I did a little video post in our What’s App groups earlier this week to let you know that Zoom have increased security on meetings.  This involves using a password and entering a waiting room.  We had a few teething issues, but the outcome overall is a success.  The password will be included with each link I send out.  To ensure that you don’t miss your class, please log on and be in the waiting room before the class start time.

I will open the waiting room approximately five minutes before we begin.  Once I have started class, the waiting room is closed and entry is denied.  This is a good security measure and also encourages safe exercise in not joining the class after the warm-up.

There is no limit to how many live classes you attend – the more the merrier!  I will continue to run three classes each week on various days and times to cater for everyone.

If I could ask you a favour?  Please could you leave a review for me on my Sam H Pilates Facebook page or send me one via What’s App about our online live classes.  This will greatly help me to promote my Sam H Pilates Online Membership.  Full details of this are further down the page.

Our class timetable for the week beginning 13th April:

Tuesday 14th April         8:00 pm      Mobility & Flexibility
Thursday 16th April       9:30 am      Pure Core
Friday 17th April            12:30 pm    Strength

If you have anything in particular you would like me to include in our classes – let me know.

Have a lovely weekend and look forward to seeing live from my living room next week!

Stay safe and well

xx
