You will also need to complete the questionnaire and bring it with you to your first class.

Equipment

Just a reminder that you will need to bring your own mat to class if you are joining me at the studio for face to face classes as I am unable to provide them at the moment. This also applies to any equipment we use in class. It’s not essential that you have equipment as you can do all exercises without, but you will find it enhances your workout for greater results, plus its lots of fun too!! I have listed some choices below which are all available from the shop on my website as well as some alternatives.

PURE CORE – Pilates Soft Ball/Fairy Ring/Balloon
STRENGTH – Resistance bands/hand weights/bottles with sand or water
PILATES COMBO – Foam roller/massage ball/tennis ball/resistance band
MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY – cushion/pillow/blanket

All equipment you bring to the studio will need to be placed in the plastic box next to you whilst not being used.
