All Pilates classes are mixed ability and suitable for all levels as lots of options are given.
The four types of classes on offer are…….
- Pure Core – a mat based workout focusing on strengthening the core, back and glutes with added flexibility to lengthen the muscles
- Mobility & Flexibility – a combination of breathing technique with fluid movement, balance and flexibility to mobilise and loosen the body with a guided meditation to balance the mind
- Strength – an all over body strengthening workout using resistance bands to challenge the body
- Pilates Combo – the workout that combines all three elements – Pure Core, Mobility & Flexibility and Strength – for the complete all over mind and body workout
This is a new bespoke service for 24 people (only 8 in each class) who love working in a group situation but want to be socially distanced.
I’m bringing a little bit of normal back with live in-person classes where you can see your friends and catch up with people you haven’t seen for a while.
This is for those social butterflies who are looking for something fun to help with their physical and mental health as we enter the dark winter months.
I’m encouraging you to come as often as you like with three classes available each week for £40 per month, starting from Tuesday 3rd November.

One of the best things to come out of lock-down over the last six months is our Zoom community. We workout together, have a little chat and we’ve even had some social nights with quizzes.Dozens of you have joined me on the mat in your living rooms, bedrooms, spare rooms, even holiday cottages! We’ve all been increasing our fitness and you’re telling me that you’re getting better results than ever because you’re showing up more often, as you have more time without travel involved.
It’s the way forward. With all the uncertainty of Covid hanging over us, safety and health has got to be our number one priority for ourselves and our families.
That’s why I’ve decided to extend Zoom classes until April 2021 taking us through the dark winter months and out the other side into spring, healthier than we’ve ever been.
Pilates has a number of physical benefits to help with movement and balance, but what we’ve also noticed during this time, is the tremendous help we get with our mental attitude. Some of you have told me it’s helped to keep you sane, given you time out from the stresses and strains of everyday life and given you a little bit of peace and quiet.
Having a routine in this uncertain world is one of the best things you can do for your own mental health. Sessions are available morning, noon and night.
